Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Madison Chapel, announces with heartfelt sympathy the passing of Mr. Billy Joe Gray Sr. of Madison, Georgia. Mr. Gray passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving wife, Mrs. Linda Robinson Gray, on Monday, April 20, 2026.
Viewing and Visitation will be held at Bernard’s Madison Chapel, 1086 Ward Road, Madison, Georgia, on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM.
A Life celebration service will be held at First St. Paul Baptist Church, Friday, April 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM. 4530 Lower Apalachee Rd., Madison, GA 30650. Interment and committal will follow at the Apalachee Cemetery.
Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Madison Chapel, is honored to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Gray and to serve the Gray family during this time of bereavement.

To a long time family friend as well as my sister classmate "Class of 1981 Monroe Area Comprehensive High School Purple Hurricanes", childhood friend we all grew up together in Good Hope, GA I was really sad to hear that you were sick, and now you are gone, I ran into you about a year or so ago and we laugh like back in the days, rest well my friend see you in the morning, GOD has gain another good angel, praying for your children and family that GOD give them strength that surpasses all what we did not understanding, God is FAITHFUL to those whom are faithful to Him, weeping may endure for a night oh but joy will come in the morning.
