Bernard's Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel announces with heartfelt sympathy the passing of Mr. Chyanne Rue James, also known as “Boss Man”, of Eatonton, GA. Mr. James passed away peacefully at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA.
A Viewing and Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at the from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel, located at 103 Willie Bailey Street, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.
A Celebration of Life Service honoring the memory of Mr. James will be held on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Greater Bells Chapel, located at 670 Oconee Springs Road, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.
Committal and interment services will follow the Celebration of Life at Free Gift Baptist Church, located at 235 Scuffleboro Rd, Eatonton, GA 31024.
