Obituary For Curtis Lee Perryman
It is with heartfelt sympathy that Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Madison Chapel, announces the passing of Mr. Curtis Perryman of Madison, Georgia. Mr. Perryman peacefully transitioned from this earthly life on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
Viewing and Visitation will be held Friday, October 9, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Madison Chapel, 1086 Ward Road, Madison, Georgia.
A Celebration of Life Service honoring the life and cherished memories of Mr. Curtis Perryman will be held Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Perry Missionary Baptist Church, 2920 Price Mill Road, Bishop, Georgia 30621.
Interment and committal services will immediately follow in the Mount Perry Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
