Obituary For David Lewis Reese
Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel announces with heartfelt sympathy the passing of Mr. David Lewis Reese, affectionately known as “Super Dave,” of Eatonton, Georgia. Mr. Reese passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, Georgia.
A Viewing and Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel, located at 103 Willie Bailey Street, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.
A Celebration of Life Service honoring Mr. Reese will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Greater Bells Chapel, located at 670 Oconee Springs Road, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.
Committal and interment services will follow the Celebration of Life at Greater Bells Chapel Cemetery.
