Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel announces with heartfelt sympathy the passing of Mr. Harry Eugene Walton of Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Walton peacefully departed this life on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during two opportunities for viewing and visitation. The first viewing will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Donald Trimble Mortuary, 1876 Second Avenue, Decatur, Georgia 30032. The second viewing will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel, 103 Willie Bailey Street, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.

A Celebration of Life Service honoring the life and legacy of Mr. Harry Eugene Walton will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Jefferson Baptist Church, 495 Harmony Road, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.

Committal and Interment Services will immediately follow at Jefferson Baptist Church Cemetery.
