Bernard’s Family Funeral Care announces the passing of Mr. Horace Carter of Covington, Georgia formerly of Madison, Georgia. Mr. Carter departed this Friday, March 21, 2025, at Piedmont Newton Medical Center in Covington.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Madison Chapel, 1086 Ward Road, Madison, GA 30650, from 4-6 p.m.
Life Celebration for Mr. Carter will take place Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Holland Springs Baptist Church, Madison, GA, 30650. Committal services and Internment will follow at Madison Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
