Bernard's Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel, announces the passing of Mr. Luther C. Dorsey, Sr. of Chicago, Illinois, formerly of Eatonton, Georgia. Mr. Dorsey departed this life on Sunday, April 19, 2026.
Mr. Dorsey's remains will be placed in repose at 2:00 P.M in the church sanctuary of Greater Jefferson Baptist Church, Eatonton, Georgia, on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Celebration of Life Services will begin at 3:00 P.M.
Burial will follow in Eastside Eatonton City Cemetery, 124 Hogan Boulevard, Eatonton, Georgia.
Family and friends will assemble at the church at 2:00 P.M.
