Obituary For Richard "Pop" Hubbard, Sr.
Bernard’s Madison Chapel announces the death of Deacon Richard Hubbard Sr. of Rutledge, Georgia. He passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
Viewing and Visitation will be held Friday, June 13, 2025, 4-6 P.M. at Union Springs Baptist Church vestibule, 1400 W Main St, Rutledge, GA 30663.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025, 12 noon, at Union Springs Baptist Church. Interment and committal services will follow at Union Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, 2830 Old Mill Road, Rutledge, Georgia 30663.
Bernard's The Madison Chapel is honored to be chosen to serve the Hubbard family during this challenging time.

We were so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. We enjoyed our years of him and Rebecca as neighbors when we lived in Rutledge. His legacy lives on with his children. He will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Dean and Betty Edwards.
