Ms. Thomasine ConTreanner Farley, 48, of Eatonton, Georgia transitioned to eternal rest Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Putnam General Hospital.
“Trina” Farley was born on June 23, 1975 in Eatonton, Georgia to Sandra D. Coney and Brent A. Farley, Sr. She was born into two loving families of love and wonderment. As a young girl, Trina lived and traveled with her mother in the military, living in many cities: Fort Ord, CA, Fort Benning, GA, Fort Hood, TX, Huntsville, TX. and Fort Lee, VA. She returned to Eatonton, Georgia, Putnam County and made it her home. She attended Putnam County High School and participated in the South Carolina Job Corps Training program. Trina joined Hunts Chapel A.M.E. Church
She was a happy child, known for her big brown eyes and goofy ways. As a young woman, she developed a caring spirit and her robust belly laugh. She was a huge source of love, life, and joy for her family. To them she was "Our Trina". She also had the nick names of "Brown Sugar" and “Piece of Change''. She freely shared her caring spirit and rarely said ”No" to others. She was a kind, loving and gentle person with a big heart and easy-going ways. She loved kids, her true friends and her family.
Trina leaves to cherish her memories her parents, her brothers, Marquis D. Murray, Lernario McDaniels, Brent A. Farley, Jr., and Ktoe Farley; aunts, Mary V. Bullard, Dwynell N. Coney, and Sheliah S. Coney, all of Eatonton, Georgia; uncles, Robert B. Coney and Quinton D. Coney of Eatonton, Georgia, and Darius D. Binion, U.S. Navy, Portland, Oregon, Oris Farley, Jr., Anthony Farley, Audi Farley, Alonzo Farley, and Ferdinad Farley; grandmother, Virginia Bullard Coney; great aunt, Carrie B. Bullard; great uncle, John Lee Bullard all of Eatonton, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; her best friends Demetric "Black Gal" Hill, Michelle "Big Bae" Farley, and Lawson Little.
Viewing and visitation will be Friday January 12, 2024 beginning at 3:00 pm at Bernard's Eatonton Chapel Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. from Hunts Chapel A.M.E. Church, 188 Hunts Chapel Road, Eatonton, Georgia, Reverend Michael Burney, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Eastside Eatonton City Cemetery.
