Mr. Carlton Woodard, age 61, of 1737 US Highway 401 South, Warrenton, NC departed this life on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Maria Parham Health in Henderson, North Carolina. Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 12noon in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, North Carolina.
He leaves many to cherish his memory, his children: Carlton Woodard, Jr., Courtney Woodard, Dominique Cooper, Shakeyma Gill, and Kayla Woodard; grandchildren, Lauren Strickland, Cameron Woodard, Kaiden Cooper, Wanya Alston Jr., and Santana Gill; brothers, Lonnie Woodard (Annie), Thomas Woodard, Cozart Woodard (Carolyn); sisters, Lula Jones, Louise Green (James), Earlene Thorton, Irene Thorton, Bessie Taylor (Willie), Ellen Springs (James), and Ruby Jones. In addition to his special friend, Connie Dixion (Cami), and a host of nieces and nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends.
Mr. Woodard may be viewed on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 12’noon until 5pm at Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, North Carolina.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral will be limited to a total of 50 people; therefore, we ask that you pay for your final respects the day prior during the walk-through visitation.
