Mr. Edison Somerville, age 87 of Manson, North Carolina, departed this life on February 27,2025 at UNC- Nash Hosptial in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
A Celebration of life will be held for Mr. Edison Somerville on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Service. The Reverend Emitt Jefferson will officiate, and military honors will follow.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Shirley Somerville; three children, Shawn (Christian), Corei (Toshia), and Kyiandra; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, two sisters, Lottie Wilson of Connecticut and Eunice Edmond of Delaware; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Mr. Somerville may be viewed on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 12noon until 5:00pm in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services.
