Mr. Julian Jones, of Pikeville, Maryland formerly of Warrenton, North departed this life on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Woodholme Gardens Nursing Center in Pikesville, Maryland. Graveside Services will be conducted at 3:00pm on Friday, January 29, 2021 in the Greenwood Baptist Church Cemetery in Warrenton, North Carolina. The Reverend Eddie W. Lawrence, Pastor will officiate the service.
Julian will forever be cherished by two daughters, Kecia Tolson of Baltimore, MD and Trevett Freeman (Tony) of Owings Mills, MD; four grandchildren, Keanna Tucker (Alexander III), Kevin Tolson both of Baltimore, Maryland, Amaya Freeman and Matthew Freeman both of Owings Mills, MD; three great-grandchildren, Alexander IV, Aiden, and Alivia Tucker; two sisters in-law, Mell Jones of Vaughan, North Carolina and Helen Perry of Perkasie, PA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He may be viewed today, January 28, 2021 from 12noon until 5:00pm at Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, NC.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral attendance will be limited to 50 guests or less; therefore, we ask that you pay your respects during the viewing and visitation the day prior to the service to allow the immediate family to attend the graveside service. Safety measured will be enforced at the service.
Hi Kecia and Trevett. I'm sorry I could not be there with you, but I was there in spirit. Julian was a great guy and always full of joy and a big smile on his face. He is with the Lord and his wife now and I'm sure he is smiling. You and the family are in my prayers. Love. LaVern
