Lee T. Cheese, age 97 of Macon, North Carolina, departed this life on Monday, April 14, 2025, at Maria Parham Health in Henderson, North Carolina.
A Celebration of Life will be held April 26th, 2025, at 11:00 am, at Olive Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Littleton, North Carolina. His eulogy will be delivered by Reverend Charles E. Walton, Pastor of Olive Grove Missionary Baptist Church. The internment will follow in the Church cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory: his beloved and devoted wife, Annie Pauline (Pie); three sons, André (Cynthia) of Hilliard, Ohio; Maurice of Glen Burnie, Maryland and Derrick of Paducah, Kentucky; four sisters, Lillian Cheese of Brooklyn, New York, Jesse Staten of Bushkill, Pennsylvania, Rachel Gadson of Westbury, New York, Ella Wilson of Westbury, New York, two brothers, Robert Cheese of Jamestown, South Carolina, Harry Cheese of Jamestown, South Carolina; five granddaughters, Leslie Shaunielle Kapp-Jones (Bryon), Ashley Nicole Cheese, Brittany Marie Cheese, Amira Cabble, Amelia Cheese; three grandsons, Michael David Cheese (Rebecca), De’kevon Eans, Jazarain Smith; six great-grand children, Dominic, Brynn, Amaré, Imani, Riker, Amelia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Public viewing will be held, Friday, April 25th, 2025, 3:00PM - 7:00PM at Boyd & Royster Funeral Service, 149 Holland Bland Rd, Warrenton, North Carolina.

Mrs. Cheese and family, it is both a sad day and happy day, sad because of the loss that has been in occurred but happy because Mr. Cheese has reached his final destination in life and is now united with our Lord and Savior.
