Obituary For Louis Parham
I know that no matter what You will always be with me. When life separates us I’ll know it is only your soul Saying goodbye to your body But your spirit will be with me always. When I see a bird chirping on a nearby branch I will know it is you singing to me.
Mr. Lewis Parham, age 100, of Detroit, Michigan formerly of Warren County departed this life on Sunday, October 18, 2020 in Detroit, Michigan.
Mr. Lewis Parham Homegoing Celebration was held Monday, November 2, 2020 at 3:00 PM at O.H. Pye Funeral Home in Detroit, Michigan. A Graveside service was held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Locust Grove Baptist Church in Wise Community of Warrenton, North Carolina. Brother Prince Sledge delivered the eulogy.
He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Ruth Parham; daughter, Otelia Cain; two step children, Bernard Wood, and Sylvia McKenney (Larry); grandsons, Darryl Parham, Eric Parham, Rodney Clark (Nikki), Christopher Greenwood, Tracy Clark; granddaughter, Marcelas Parham; a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
