Obituary For Mr. Eddie Williams
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, He set me free.
Mr. Eddie Lee Williams, age 80, of Warrenton, North Carolina departed this life on Monday, November 6, 2023 at Maria Parham Health in Henderson, North Carolina.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 3:00pm in the sanctuary of Greenwood Baptist Church, 1175 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Warrenton, NC, 27589.The Reverend Mark Jones will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He leaves to mourn: his wife, Betty T. Williams of the home; five daughters, Moniek Tally, Tonya Williams, Linda T. Worth (Charles), Charlean Jones (Mark), and Georgette Rosser (Andre’); three sons; Ron Hargrove (Shonnon), Jackie Tally, and Ronnie Tally. Four sisters, Mary Kearney (Lee), Lindell Whaki (Jamil), Connetta Williams, and Prophetess Sandra Williams. Six brothers John Williams (Shelia), Carlton Williams (Helen), Barkley Williams, Gaynell Williams (Ella Mary), Kenneth Williams (Sandra), and James Hyman (Geraldine). Two aunts: Mary P. Evans and Lucille Little. Thirteen grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Mr. Williams may be viewed on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm at the church.
