Milo M. Jones, Jr., age 80, of Warrenton, North Carolina departed this life on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at Maria Parham Health in Henderson, North Carolina.
A celebration of life will be conducted on Wednesday, May 10,2023 at 11:00 am in the sanctuary of Cooks Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 219 Cooks Chapel Road, Warrenton, North Carolina, 27589. The Reverend Tony W. Cozart will officiate. Burial will follow in the King-Burchette Family Cemetery in Warrenton, North Carolina.
Milo leaves to cherish his memory: One son, Maurice Jones of Norfolk, VA; one granddaughter Michela Jones; one sister, Annette H. Silver of Warrenton, NC; one daughter in-law, Lisa Smith of Norfolk, VA; one niece, Deborah McQueen of Durham, NC; one nephew, Gerald Neely of New Orleans, LA; one great nephew David McQueen of Durham, NC; two great nieces, Daisilyn Neely of Atlanta, GA ,and Alexis Neely of Lafayette, LA; two great-great nieces Samyiah McQueen and Summer McQueen both of Durham, NC; two cousins, Carter Jones of Maryland and Darryl Harris of New Jersey ;along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Milo maybe viewed one hour prior to service at the church.
