Mr. Torrey W. Wright, age 52, of Richmond, Virginia departed this life on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 in Richmond, Virginia.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 1:00PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church 1258 Cole Farm Road Warrenton, NC. Reverend Dr. Lamonte Williams will deliver the eulogy, and interment will follow in the church cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Chauny Wright; one son Tre’Quan Wright (Lillie) of Richmond, VA; one step daughter Shay, three stepsons RaShawn, Joshua and Eriq; three step grandchildren Miah, A.J. and Eriyana; his parents, Jacob and Phyllis (Rita) Wright of Richmond, VA; one devoted sister Torita Wright of Richmond, VA; one devoted niece Amiyah Wright and one devoted nephew Juanye’ Wight of Richmond, Va; seven aunts Evelyn (Annette) Mills (Charles) and Victoria Booker of Richmond, VA; Jean Rider of Norristown, Pennsylvania; Shirley Greene(James) and Connine Montague of Wise, NC; Rosetta Palmer ( Bert) of Clover, VA; Carol (Fran) Montague-Davis (Garrett) of Winston-Salem, NC; six uncles Earnest Wright, Ben Wright, and Walter Wright of Richmond, VA; Haywood Wright (Mary) of Atlanta, GA; Theordore Montague (Gloria) of Wise, NC and Harold Montague (Altena) of Henderson, NC; five special cousins Michelle Vowell, Kizzy Alston, Taneka Smith, Corletia (Net) Durham and Shelica (Lee-Lee) Durham and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 from 12:00 PM until 1:00PM at Bethlehem Baptist Chruch.
