Obituary For Ms. Mary Ann Davis

Speak of me as you have always done. Remember the good times, laughter, and fun. Share the happy memories we've made. Do not let them wither or fade. I'll be with you in the summer's sun And when the winter's chill has come. I'll be the voice that whispers in the breeze. I'm peaceful now, put your mind at ease. I've rested my eyes and gone to sleep, But memories we've shared are yours to keep.

Ms. Mary Ann Davis age 61, of Warrenton, North Carolina departed this life on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Pruitt Health of Durham, North Carolina.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 2:00PM at Warrenton Baptist Church. Deacon Robert Rice will officiate and The Reverend Doris J. Jones will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow at Little Zion Baptist Cemetery, Liberia Community, Warrenton, N.C.

She leaves to cherish her wonderful memories, one daughter, Priscilla Darden (Shakil); two sones, Damion Dunson and Joseph Macklin; four grandchildren, Amarius Hicks, Messiah Davis, Aaryn Davis and Nora Dunson; four brothers, Lewis Davis, III, Pete Davis, Thomas Davis, and Napolean Davis; five devoted niecs, Mikki Davis (Carlos), Nikema Jones. Regina Jones, Olivia Braxton, and Angelica Mills; two nephews, Tyrone Davis and Jamal Davis; one special friend, Andrew Hunt; along with a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing for Mary Ann Davis will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 from 12Noon-6:00PM in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, North Carolina.

The Homegoing Celebration will be livestream from the Boyd Royster facebook page at the time of service on Saturday.
