Ms. Vidella Covington age 63, of Norlina, NC, departed this life on Tuesday, May 16,2023 at Maria Parham Health.

A celebration of her life will be conducted on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 2:00pm, in the sanctuary of New Providence Christian Missionary Baptist Church, US Highway 1 North, Norlina, North Carolina. The Reverend Kathard Marks will officiate.

Della leaves so many to cherish her memory: her siblings: Charlie Linton, Jr. of Wise, Diane Johnson of Charlotte, North Carolina; Paul Johnson of Lithonia, Georgia, Michael (Helen) Dortch of Santa Rosa, California, Artelia Covington of Waldorf, Maryland, Gwendolyn (Robert) Palmer of Douglasville, Georgia, Tyrone Covington of Durham, North Carolina, Teresa Covington of Durham, North Carolina, and Eric (Shirley) Covington of Norlina, North Carolina; along with a host of other relatives and friends
