Robert Dent, age 73, of Baltimore, Maryland, formerly of Warrenton, North Carolina, departed this life on April 27, 2026.

A Celebration of life will be held for Robert Dent, Sr. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 12:00pm in the Chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services. Burial will follow in the Shocco Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving and devoted wife, Vera Dent of Baltimore, Maryland; two daughters, Tracey Kelly (John Branch) of Henderson, North Carolina, and Nickey Eskridge (Keith Eskridge) South Carolina; one son, Raymon Williams Jr.; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great aunt, Mattie Alston of Warrenton, North Carolina; one great uncle, Pat Alston of Warrenton, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and in- laws.

He may be viewed on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 11:00am- 12:00pm.
