Obituary For Roger Dale Perry
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free, Iβm following the path God laid for me. I took his hand when I heard him call, turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, to laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I've found that peace at the close of the day.
Mr. Roger Dale Perry, age 69, of No Bottom Road, Warrenton, NC departed this life in Roanoke, Virginia.
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25,2025 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services. The Reverend Don Stith will officiate.
Roger leaves to cherish his memory one devoted son, Ronnie Perry of Norfolk, VA; two grandchildren, Ronecca Perry and Ronnie Perry, Jr.; one brother, Hoover M. Perry (Sharon); two aunts, Ada Sims and Fairfax Cameron, both of Warrenton, NC; one special niece, Swanetta Perry of Youngsville, NC; a cousin-like sister, Valarie Sims Clark of Warrenton, NC; and a special and faithful friend, Calvin βKittyβ Allen of Warrenton, NC. He also leaves to remember him his extended Williams family, along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbors, and friends.
He can be viewed on Friday, October 24,2025 in the Chapel of Boyd & Royster from 1:00-5:00pm.
