Tiera Hubbard- Exum

To the Hubbard/Exum family. Although I did not get an opportunity to meet Tiera I have been asked by a consumer of the NC Division of Services for the Blind to reach out to you. It is my understanding that Mrs. Exum provided services to those persons who struggle with limited vision. She was reported to be caring, patient and thoughtful.

Tiera was a good and kind hearted person. I remember when she started working at the City too. I was so excited because I had two cousins working at the City, Kim and Tiera. I found a picture of us not to long ago as kids in Virginia; good memories. Last year when my dog passed, Tiera sent me some flowers and called me just to show she cared. That's just the kind of person she was. I just talked to her a couple of weeks ago. My heart is just broken. Sending my love and condolences to Cousin Kim, the kids and the rest of the family.
