Walter Alexander Leslie, age 77, of 5316 West Boniwood Turn in Clinton, Maryland (formerly of Warren County) departed this life on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Greenwood Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina. Reverend Barry Henson will deliver the eulogy and burial will follow at church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Patsy R. Leslie, mother in-law; Clementine Price of Maryland; children Mary Lou Williams of Ohio, Maudice Boyd (Flo) of New York, Walter Kenyatta Leslie (Tisa), Sharmeka Leslie, Kyisha Boyd; special daughter Antinette Boyd of Maryland; ten grandchildren, Ebony, Lakenya, Walter Jr. Akahlia, JaBarrie, Ja’Quan, Taivon, Maudice, Destiny, Nevaeh, and Zena; one great grandchild, Kevin; six sisters; five brothers; two special sons, Randolph Starks and Eric Parker, two god daughters Shawana and Talaysia, one god son, Kweli Davis; and a host of relatives and friends.

The body will be on view at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM.

Uncle Walter I didn't get to be around you a lot. However I've heard all great & funny stories about you. I'm late signing this, better late then never. Since you've passed.
