My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. To say this, it was a joy working for her at the Brunswick Job Corps Center, many years ago. I can recall she would never call me by my first name, it would be "Banks/Sapelo" with a laughter of sunshine. She will be missed.

When visiting Brunswick throughout the years, every time I saw Ms. Gladys i told her she was the prettiest girl in Brunswick, she would humbly smile. The last time I visited BWK I was able to tell her that again at Essie Sheffield's house July 4,2024. I gave her flowers while she could smell them. Offering my deepest condolences to Zach, Brandi and family.

Gladys was always supportive and kind to me. She was a public servant whose service for others is exemplary. I will never forget the example she set for us. I have much gratitude for her in that. My condolences for her extended family and friends. Much love.

Mrs. Gladys was a bundle of joy. Her smile disguised the fight she had behind her warm presence. Listening to the stories of her historic impact on Glynn County made it a double honor that should would support the work of ABG so strongly. She is and will be missed.
