Damon McIntyre was born in Thomasville, Georgia on August 14, 1996. He grew up in Quitman, Georgia where he attended Quitman Elementary. He later moved to Valdosta. Georgia and attended Lowndes County High School.

Throughout his adult years, he’s worked several jobs but only one he loved and was accepted as family – C Tech Water Solutions.

To know Damon was to love him! He was the sweetest person you would ever meet. He always thought positive and wanted the best for everyone. Making other happy, made him happy! The love he gave was unmeasurable. Whenever you saw him, he always had a smile on his face and walked like he always had music playing……he bounced to his own beat.

Damon was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Johnny Allen, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his love and memories, his Mother, Stephanie Allen Edwards, Brother, Raymond McIntyre; Sister, Schae McIntyre; Niece, Zimeria McIntyre; Nephews, Caedyn McIntyre and Zayden McIntyre; Grandmother, Rose Allen; Honorary Grandmother, Carolyn “Mrs. C” Howell; Five Uncles, Johnny Allen, Quitman, GA, Troy Larkins (Latesha), Valdosta, GA, Keith Allen (Contina), Valdosta, GA, Cornelius Howell and David Allen, Sr., both of Valdosta, GA; Aunt, Tameka Howell, Valdosta, GA; His forever love, Alexandria Mathis; a host of close cousins, Corteaz Wells, Malik Mordan, Comiya Scott, Lavernous Arnold, David Allen, Jr. Jakeith Allen, Tristan Allen, CJ Howell, Chayce Allen and Ashley Allen; A very special cousin whom he considered his “twin”, Chelsey Allen.

A village of friends, but to name a few, Larenda Howell, Dewayne Howell, Makenzie Robinson, Cortez Howell, Derrick Powell, Mary Robinson and the Bemiss Boys (you know who you are) and the Meyers family.

Funeral Service for Damon “BA” McIntyre will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the BTW Funeral Services Chapel, Quitman, GA. Public Viewing, Friday, October 4, 2019: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Burial: Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Pavo, Georgia. Professional Services entrusted to Blankumsee, Thomas & Wright Funeral Services of Quitman, Georgia.
