Age 60, of Birmingham passed away Sept. 16, 2021. Homegoing celebration will be held 11AM Sat. Sept. 25, 2021 at Word of Faith Christian Baptist Church with burial at Zion Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 1PM-6PM Fri. Sept. 24, 2021 at Bushelon.

To the Family of Gwen, my Pew Partner for many years: 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Praise to the God of All Comfort Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 2 Corinthians 5:6-7 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: For we walk by faith, not by sight:
To the family: I pray that the comfort of the Holy Spirit will surround you during this time. I have fond memories of Gwen from our High School days. She is absent from the body, but present with the Lord!
