In memory of... Desroy Sylvester Lowe was born on October 5, 1952 , to Cislyn Brown and the late Eglon Lowe, both of Westmoreland, Jamaica. He graduated from Somerton Primary school and later went to Cornwall College. He then migrated to Belle Glade fla, where he farthered his education at West Tech Vocational School. Desroy, also known as " Lowe," was preceded in death by his father Eglon Lowe, his grandmother Ellen Cousley, sister Violent Lowe-Robinson, and son Desroy S. Lowe jr. He leaves to cherish his fond memories with his mother, Cislyn Brown, one sister Janett Lowe-Gayle, His two brothers, Horace Brown of Westmoreland, Jamaica, and Zen Albert Whittaker of Canada. Three daughters, Nadine Lowe of Stuart fla.
