The Life of Larry Bernard Johnson 1966-2025
Larry Bernard Johnson born on July 17, 1966 in Clewiston, Florida to the loving arms of Betty Germany and the late Jonny Johnson. Even from a young age, Larry had a spark, bright-eyed, curious, and full of personality. He attended school in Clewiston, where he quickly became known for his wit, charm, and the kind of laugh that made you laugh too, whether you wanted to or not.
Later in life, Larry took his talents to the City of Brotherly Love—Philadelphia—where he continued his education and, perhaps more importantly, made friendships that would last him a lifetime. It was there, in 1983, that fate stepped in during a school day, introducing him to a young lady Dana Johnson whose beautiful spirit, social grace, and unforgettable smile captured his heart. The two became inseparable. That love story turned into a marriage in 1992, and they remained a testament to loyalty, laughter, and love ever since.
Eventually, Larry returned home to Clewiston, where he joined The U.S. Sugar Mill workforce before transitioning into the skilled trade of masonry. Brick by brick, he built not just his home, but a name, a family, and a legacy that will stand the test of time.
