Obituary Michelle Yvonne James Alexander was born on November 8, 1970, as a fraternal twin to the late Erma Lee James Royal and Lee Artis Vereen Sr. In addition to her mother Erma Lee, Michelle was reared by her late grandmother Willie Ola Pinkney Perry who taught her to love and accept Jesus Christ.
Michelle, as a young girl, was the granddaughter who was most diligent in helping her grandmother with door to door mission work for St. Paul Church of God In Christ under the pastoral guidance of Superintendent Clarence Brown. As a young adult, Michelle and her children joined In Time Church of God In Christ under the pastoral guidance of founder Elder John B. Brown.
Michelle attended and graduated from Glades Central High School (Class of 1989). After graduation, she lived in Tampa, Florida for a short period. Michelle found her calling/career in transportation and was employed with the transportation division of the School District of Palm Beach County. Michelle had lively interactions with family, friends, coworkers and strangers. Be not forgetful to entertain strangers for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Hebrew 13 vs 2 KJV

I LOVE YOU MAMA MAY YOUR SOUL REST IN PEACE MAY YOUR SOUL REST IN ETERNITY.
My family and I are deeply saddened to learn of Michelle's transition. I met Michelle many years ago while serving at the In Time COGIC church. She was a sweet individual and had a mind to work in the church. We send special prayers for her children. Her daughter, Jasmine, and our son were playmates back in 1998. I didn't get the opportunity to know her son very well, however, I say to them both that they are in our prayers and to look to Jesus, for He is our help in times of distress. May you find peace and comfort in the arms of Jesus. Love, Minister Jerome and Missionary Wanda James of Ruston, Louisiana
