Apostle Carter and his family have made a major impact on my parents and out family (Charles Shields, Anita Shields, Johanan Shields, and myself Isaac Shields). What a powerful and fruitful life apostle Carter lived. Im thankful That God gave him the ability to impact this world while he was here. May any remaining loved ones be filled with the peace, love, and understanding of the CREATOR. What an impact.

Our hearts were deeply saddened by the loss of a great and abundantly generous, gifted, gracious and very kind soul whom we've had the privilege and honor of knowing as a father in the faith. Now, may our sadness be turned to joy in knowing that Apostle Carter has indeed transitioned from this realm of life to being welcomed by the great cloud of witnesses in the heavens awaiting the resurrection of the bodily. May his memory and legacy live on and be a continual resource of blessings to the Family, the extended spiritual family, and to all who have been touched by his life. Shalom-shalom aleicem (Perfect peace to you all) from the God and Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

To me, he's one of those godly men, that you just love to be around and talk to. He has a presence of humility and respect for others, and you know how much he loved you Marilyn! And also how much he loved the Lord... By his obedience!!! The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way. Beautiful picture of Pastor Carter. It's just like I remember him. Absolutely the best Pastor ever. Heaven is rejoicing. He is getting to know all his and Pats children. We've lost a great man of God. I'm so sorry for your loss Trisha. Your daddy was a true gem. One of a kind. I'll never forget him or your mother.
