Mr. Robert Hill III of Kilmarnock, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the McGuire Veterans Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church in Kilmarnock, Virginia. The service will be officiated by Rev. Samuel A. Cain, Pastor, with Rev. Samantha L. Cain-Davis serving as Eulogist.
Interment with full military honors will follow the service at Calvary Memorial Cemetery in Kilmarnock, Virginia.
The family will receive friends for a visitation at the Campbell Funeral Home on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00

Robert was a tremendous basketball player that was light on his feet and could handle the ball even before ballers his size could handle the ball. More importantly he was a good supportive person that would do you a favor and never speak it. Prayers to his family.

Mr. Hill will be tremendously missed. Seeing him in the halls and during our activities he kept us on our toes with his jokes and his infectious laughter. Mr. Hill surely left an imprint on our hearts here. We will miss his good saying " Whateva" the most. Our prayers are with the family during this time.
