My heart carries Deeply. I am still in a place where my mind,heart and spirit just won't shake this. I thank you Mama Sheila for being apart of my life growing up. I always talked about my amazing times coming to my grandma's house and coming straight to your house. You know you would get on us girls🤣🤣🤣. You definitely made sure we were feed. I see your smile now at the table with your looking at us like what we up to now.Thr last time I saw you we hugged SOOOO tight💕🌿✨. I have to stop for tears are coming down now. I love you Mama Sheila and I forever hold you close to my heart. I am so overjoyed I was able to see you that last time. I love you and the family. May Elohim help to heal wounds that only the Most High can with a praise in heart.

To my dearest friend Shelia. I never thought that this day would come. My heart is sadden to loose a good friend for over 50 long years.
