Obituary For Roger McKoy
Roger Lee McKoy was born on November 27, 1951 to the late Charlie Lenzy Farrow and Charlotte Goldston McKoy. He departed this earthly life on February 17, 2019.
Along with his parents, he was predeceased in death by a brother, Primus McKoy, Sr.
He is survived by three sons, Roger A., Tyrus Sanchez and Joseph McDougal McKoy; sisters, Carolyn McKoy Evans, Ann McKoy Hankison of New York City and Frances Farrow of Sanford, NC; brothers, Robert Lee Farrow, Charlie Rogers Farrow, Tony Farrow, Willie Cooke and Ernest Goldston all of Sanford, NC; nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
He also leave to mourn Roger Lee McKoy, sister-in-law Stella Farrow of Sanford, NC, Mary Farrow of Raleigh, NC and Joyce Cooke of Sanford,NC
Funeral Service: 2:00pm Saturday, 02/23/2019 at Pine Ridge Missionary Baptist Church, 631 San-Lee Dr., Sanford, NC.

Add A CondolenceMy deep deep condolences to the McKoy family: May you reflect on the precious memories of your loved one. I would like to share what helped us when our precious daughter died and later when my precious husband fell asleep in death as well. I appreciated the calls and visits from all over the U.S. but I recall just sitting down and reading different Scriptures and meditating on them. It was so comforting to read that God cares for us personally... (1Peter 5:6, 7). Yes, He cares, He sees our pain. And, He Jehovah God will in His due time do away with All sicknesses & death (Isaiah 33:24 & Isaiah 25:8). He is indeed a God of comfort. Oh, wow He promises the hope of seeing our precious loved ones again (John 5:28, 29) and says where (Psalms 37:11). He always keeps His word. I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to me.
