From day one I knew that Emmanuel was special. He had such heart. The first time we met he asked if I was Miss Gwen's daughter. I said I am. He told me"Your mom invited me to come to church, that is the first time a white lady ever invited me to church. ". From that day or grew a friendship and before long he was family to us. I know my mom will miss him and let heart was broken when she found out. He watched out for us and always there to lend a helping hand. He helped me out so much when my mom fell and broke her hip. Wr played chess and he would go with me to sing on the weekends downtown. We danced on the street downtown and in the kitchen while I taught him how to cook some things. Always in my heart. Michelle
