God has blessed me with so many friends and coworkers through out my career at Torrington. Carolyn is one those friends who stands out because of the loving way she treated people. Not to say she wouldn't let you know when things just seem right. Never knew her to raise her voice in having her say on the matter. He smile and her love for people shown through. No matter where you you met Carolyn; you got a hug! And I love a good hug. It was genuine; no pretense. James and family; I may not be there to console you or view Carolyn. I have such fond memories of our cousin Carolyn and all the others when Moma brought me to Clinton for years. We are praying your strength in the Lord. I graduated from high school with Carolyn. We worked at Anderson hosiery together then at Torrington. Carolyn will be missed. She was a very sweet lady. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family.
