I am really saddend to get this news. Buck was a wonderful human being with a zest for life. I fondly remember him surprising me on the job with a comforting welcome and warm wishes when I moved to the Atlanta area. It was good to know that someone from home was around. Buck was blessed with an abundance of talent and a positive outlook that he shared freely. He will truly be missed.
Thoughts and Prayers to the Adams Family. Knew "Buck" well during his days as a YPDers in the AME Church. He and my son "Bric" came thru the ranks together and both were truly blessed by those who took the time to mentor them. Buck lover serving the "Church". He was always talkative and had original ideal to contribute to any program of service. Memories of him will always warm my heart. I will never not remember "Buck"!

I would like to offer my condolences to Michael's family. I was deeply saddened to hear the news of his passing. I met Michael at Presbyterian College in the late 1990s and he became a dear friend. We kept in touch over the years, and he sang in my wedding. He had a gorgeous voice, but what I will remember most about him was that smile and the way he made everyone feel special and cared for. He had that gift. He was a special person and I will miss him.
Mike was a great guy. He made everyone feel as if we were the most important person ever. He was brilliant, loving, respectful, and genuinely concerned about others. He loved his family and South Carolina. My heart aches for his mom, immediate family, and friends.
Mike was a beloved friend who had an honorable soul. I met Mike singing in the IVA CHOIR at The Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem NY. He had a vibrant spirit that was shared with everyone who came to know him. I looked forward to receiving a cherished Christmas Card from him, and being able to bless him with one in return. His presence in the Choir will be missed, especially when he sang, "Let the Church say Amen". RIP MIKE 🙏 Condolences to his Mom and the Family. Be blessed, Hellen Mayfield
I was just heartbroken when I heard about Michael's passing. He was so handsome and personable...always smiling and polite when speaking to others. I called him my own personal John Legend! He had so many talents and shared them all who knew him! He will be missed! My sincerest condolences and prayers for peace and strength as you grieve the loss of Michael.

To Michael's Loved Ones, please accept my sincerest condolences. I relish joyous memories from across the aisle at Big Bethel AME, sharing our comical sentiments of "neighbor!" We were admonished about it by Dr. Baxter, but continued our "side-eye," nonetheless. Michael is a cool soul brother! He'll still be cool when we all meet on the other side of Jordan.
Doretha you and your family have my sincere condolences. May God's Peace shine on you and your family.
My condolences to the family of Michael (Buck) Adams. My prayers are with you in your hours of bereavement.
Michael, a fine young man you were...We became acquainted sometime around the time when you were the Minister of Music at Duncan Creek Baptist Church and we've been friends ever since! Your passing is very heartbreaking to me because you had so much going for yourself and was so very successful -- Morehouse, NYC -- working in Manhattan and all other accolades in between. It seems that you had a way of sneaking into town and putting a smile on everyone's face when we became aware. To the family, Ms. Cinda Davis and all the siblings, nieces/nephews, cousins and friends, our thoughts and prayers are with you and it is our prayer that God will continue to provide Peace, Strength and Comfort to you all over the weeks, months and years... Rest in Eternal Peace, My Friend...
Michael Adams was a unique soul. He was a bright light and a kind soul. Michael never met a stranger and touched everyone he met. This young man was pure joy and love.
