Ms. Stella Mae Anderson, age 74, of Clinton SC entered into eternal rest surrounded by the love of her family. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose presence brought warmth and love to those who knew her.
Born on July 21, 1951 to the late Jessie Mae Conner and Albert Anderson; Stella was raised in Laurens County. As an adult; she was a member of the Womens' Aide Society ( Maggie Conway) and retired from Shaw Flooring. She returned to the working world to do what she loved most at Trotters Restaurant and to be closer to her sister and best friend, Brenda.
On June 2, 2026, Stella Mae Anderson was met at the Pearly Gates by her parents and her two sons: Roger Lee Anderson and Samuel Earl Anderson.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her daughters: Tracy Anderson of Simpsonville, SC, with whom she made her home, and Mary Anderson Ellis of Clinton, SC; two brothers: Albert Anderson and Albert Simpson; three sisters: Brenda Wilson, Mildred Sanders and Evelyn Pulley; ten grandchildren and a host of other great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces - she was especially close to Beverly Hunter and Denise Mars, nephews - of which Willie Hill, Bernard Hill, Lewis Mars and Charles Hunter made her smile - other relatives, and dear friends.
Stella also shared a special bond with her three close friends: Joyce Wesley, Brenda Hill, and Shirley Blakely and cousins Brit Lindsey and Willie Lee Carter - who each held a meaningful place in her heart.
Stella Mae Anderson will be remembered for the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the memories she leaves behind. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit and legacy will live on through her family and all who loved her.

Sella was a joy to work with for many years. I always enjoyed talking to Stella and learned how much she loved her family. I often sought Stella out when I needed a little sunshine in my day. I am so sorry for the loss Stella's family must feel.
