Obituary For Ulysses Cromer
Mr. Ulysses Cromer, age 85, of Bond Street Clinton; joined His Heavenly Father on August 16, 2025 at Prisma Health of Greenville, SC.
“Cookie” as he was affectionately known; was the son of the late Willie and Mary Lee Cromer on May 20 , 1940. He attend Laurens County Schools and was a 1958 graduate at Bell Street High School. He worked for many years in both the Greenwood and Clinton Mills. He married the love of his life Sara Swindler and they became the proud parents of Mrs. Debra Cromer Simpson.
He will be greatly missed by his daughter Debra ( Mike) Simpson; his grandson D.J. Burgess; sisters: Mary C. Dawkins and Mrs. Jessie C. Saunders; his brother in law Roosevelt Rivers and his special friends: Sybill Crouch, Gina Burgess , Angela Mars and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Celebration of Life was held August 22, 2025 at the Refuge of Worship Church. His resting place is in the Rosemont Cemetery,Clinton SC.
