I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Helen at her home a couple years ago. I was trying to contact another elder in her building, Mr. Kent, and she invited me in and helped me locate him through another neighbor, Ms. Betty. Ms. Helen and I had a nice long chat and she invited me to return and check up on her from time to time, which I did. She was a sweet lady with clear, smooth, wrinkle-free skin who loved Jesus and Al Green. (smile) God rest her soul and bless her family.
