Add A CondolenceI met Herman when I was a new police office for the Los Angeles Police Department and assigned to Northeast Division in the Highland Park area. I had the opportunity to work patrol with Herman on several occasions. Herman was a very wise and calm officer. A peace keeper in the harshest of public encounters. I learned many lessons from my friend. Peace, Herman.
