I don't see a single reference to his family. That's because he was a complete scumbag from top to bottom. This man was a financial child predator. He died on my wife's birthday. I will forever celebrate another year of my wife's life and his ultimate death. Die scumbag die. I no longer have to see invoices that I will never pay. How the California legal system let this scum practice is beyond me. Rot in hell my friend/child predator.

I saw this man exploit so many. He is truly evil. I'm sure as he died his last words must have been "I see the devil and he's waiting for me"

I will always be grateful to attorney Mr. William Spiller for the kindness and care he demonstrated for my grandchild's teenage parents when they were going through their custody nightmare. He fought successfully for them to keep their baby. Without his diligence they would not have succeeded against the legal (not justice) system. That child is now a wonderful, beautiful, tall, academically excellent, amazing, thriving teen who is about to start high school.

William Spiller Jr. exploited the legal system for 16 years, harming my child and me through manipulation and extortion, prioritizing profit over our well-being, leading to devastating consequences that shattered our lives. Instead of advocating for justice, he exploited vulnerabilities, leaving us to navigate a painful legacy of betrayal and suffering. His corrupt practices have forever altered our paths, showing the dire need for accountability in the legal profession. God showed him his plan.

I'm confident that his sorry soul is burning in Hades for the tragic ruined lives of 100's or 1000's of children and parents.

He left behind no legacy worth celebrating—only destruction, corruption, shattered families, and people trying to rebuild the lives he damaged. May he burn in hell for eternity

Some people leave behind grief. He leaves behind relief. He should have been stopped a long time ago. The only unfortunate thing about his death is that it came years too late for his victims. The best thing he ever did was to die and lose the ability to hurt another person. There are no tears to be shed for this monster. Only sympathy for the people whose lives he damaged. May his victims finally have the peace he never gave them.

This attorney's involvement caused years of unnecessary trauma for my child and me. I was completely alienated from my daughter when she turned 14 and did not see her for more than three years. I was a good, capable mother with a stable home, a good job, and no issues with drugs or alcohol. I never harmed my child. Her father sexually molested her for over 3 years, during this alienation period that Mr. Spiller permitted. Mr. Spiller had given the father, whom I had a domestic restraining order against, complete custody of my teenage daughter. As assigned minor's counsel, he billed us every time we returned to court, and I believe the conflict was allowed to continue rather than being resolved. Mr. Spiller knew I would never give up on my child, and that I would continue to return to court to fight for her. I felt trapped in a system that rewarded chaos. When my daughter later reached out to me, at 17, and shared serious concerns about her safety at her father's house, she also told me that this attorney discouraged her from contacting me and advised her to stay where she was. She ultimately ignored that advice and came to me on her own. The damage done to our family cannot be undone. I believe this attorney failed his duty to protect a child and instead prioritized a process that prolonged suffering.

Good riddance to the biggest piece of shit to ever waste space on this planet. May the children whose lives he destroyed finally find peace

I just watched a PBS special tonight about Woodstock Festival of August 1969. I attended and know that Bill did also. I am remembering him. So sorry for his passing. May his memory be eternal.

I would like to take a moment and say that the world is a safer and better place now that The evil and corrupt Bill Spiller Jr has died.

Words cannot describe the pain, torment, and abuse this evil person intentionally inflicted on parents . Parents who are healthy and good humans. who fought for their children's timeshare and tried to ensure they were protected from manipulative and toxic parents who fraudulently accused them.

Bill Spiller Jr used threats and intimidation to inflict harm while saying disparaging words of parents who talked against him and refused to pay his outlandish fee's. He lied numerous times about meeting the kids for a follow up and charging for it. He abused the power entrusted to him by the judicial system.

May he suffer in hell for centuries without any relief. May he burn there slowly while experiencing the pain and smell of his burnt flesh. May he be remembered as sociopathic, corrupt and evil of a person that he was.

To all you parents who suffer by the actions of this evil human , My deepest condolences and for the kids who still suffer from the abuse and harm that Bill spiller jr inflicted through his actions. May his death will bring you JOY , Relief, Justice and reunite you with your kids for a prosperous and healthy future.

Death does not bring justice for the suffering this man caused. He spent his life harming the vulnerable, taking from others, and leaving wounds that can never fully heal. Hell has long been reserving a special place for him. May he now suffer as he made so many suffer here. The world is safer without him in it. He will be remembered not with admiration, but as a man who left pain, chaos, and destruction in his wake.
