Arielle Fiona Crooms was born on March 4, 1986 in Houston, TX to Stephen A. Crooms, Jr. and Angela F. Crooms. She attended St. Johns County Schools and graduated class of 2004 from St. Augustine High School. She furthered her education at Daytona State University, where she pursued her studies in Business Management. Arielle maintained a steady career in management and aspired to purchase rental properties as well as other business endeavors. She was a true visionary with promising potential and loved to travel. Arielle was a member of New Mt. Moriah Christian Ministry, but was baptized at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Green Cove Springs, FL. She also had memberships at Zion Missionary Baptist Church and New Birth Christian Fellowships. Arielle was preceded in death by: her grandfathers, Archie F. Sims, Jr. and Stephen A. Crooms, Sr.; grandmother, Mary E. Crooms; great grandfather, Archie F. Sims, Sr., James Powell, Sr.; great grandmothers, Ethel Clark, and Hattie Powell; aunt, Deborah Manning. She leaves to cherish her memories: her daughter, Mila Crooms; parents, Stephen A. Crooms, Jr. and Angela F. Crooms; brother, Stephen Crooms, III; sister, Bridgett Crooms (Cleon); grandmother, Earlene Sims; uncles, Earl Martin, Stanley Sims (Cynthia), Robert Crooms, Jody Crooms (Elaine) James Crooms; aunts, Rena’ Williams, Stephanie Payton, Colleen Crooms, Winefred Rockwell, Keisha Sims, Shelia Crooms; nephews, Stephen Crooms IV and Cleon Scott, Jr.; nieces, Samora Crooms and Chloe Scott; godmother, Jaime Perkins; godbrother, Micah Williams; a host of sorrowing family and close friends.

The Crooms family will receive friends and the community from 5-6 p.m., on Friday, June 4, 2021 at New Mt. Moriah Christian Ministry of St. Augustine. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Anastasia Baptist Church - St. Augustine, Rev. Walter West, Pastor. Rev. Ron Rawls, Eulogist.

I know the pain is still fresh, and sometimes just unbearable. But, when the sun shines, it's Arielle's smile, and when the birds chirp, it's her speaking through the wonders of GOD to let her loved ones and friends know she's alright. You will always be in our hearts Arielle. May GOD continue to comfort and strengthen you family.

It's still hard to wrap my spirit around this beautiful vibrant young lady gone to soon. I often watched her poise when she would come to service with her mom at New Mount Moriah Christian Ministry. Some people have a glow about their presence she was one of them. To her parents and the rest of family especially her daughter may God bring some comfort as you cope to move forward without Arielle. Grief has no time table give yourselves time to grieve, may your memories bring some comfort. Keeping your family lifted in prayer.

These days without you Arielle don't get any easier, just lighter to manage. Mila is starting to realize that you wont't be coming back to this torn and tattered world, but she takes comfort in knowing that you are in Heaven with the Angels and our God. She is growing so fast! Longing for your energetic spirit, willingness to voice your opinion whether warranted or not, your readiness to make all my reservations, drive me to appointments and purchase whatever you heard me mention I had need of. A true gem indeed! This may be the end of chapter thirty-five for you on this side of life, but it is NOT the end of your beautiful story. I cherish everything about you and I'll rejoice with you, the Angels and our Lord and Savior on that great day! I LOVE YOU my dear strong and sweet child! You were tired, now take your sweet, sweet rest! Love Mom and Mila and family!

I still can't believe she's gone. Arielle was a true friend and my cousin in law. We had some great times at Murray and St. Augustine High. God bless the family. My deepest sympathy goes out to Mila(Moo).

I went to middle and high school with Arielle and I will always remember her laugh. She had the best laugh and a fierce loyalty to anyone she called friend. I have so many great memories with my friend that I will cherish forever she will never be forgotten.Take comfort in knowing that she was special and while we won't be able to see her. I am honestly still so shocked. Arielle was a wonderful woman with a great big heart for her friends and family. My condolences and may she rest in peace.

I have so many great memories about Arielle, she was a wonderful person and great to be around. I will always remember that bright smile and laugh. We will definitely miss you on this side but GOD knows what's best for you . We love you .
