Edward D. Myles, 27, of Palatka, FL was born on Friday, July 2, 1993 to Hezekiah and Katrina Myles in Palatka, FL. He received his education in the Putnam County School District and subsequently began a career of laying sod. Edward enjoyed attending church and spending time with his children. He was known for his skills of cleaning up and placing things in order. Edward loved listening to music and attending any events at the beach. On Saturday, August 8, 2020, Edward transitioned from labor to reward in Palatka, FL.
Edward was preceded in eternal rest by his grandparents, Edward (Mary) Myles, Sr., Sam (Maybelle) Session, Lloyd Session, Sr., Jerry Williams, Isabella Williams; sister, Tesha Myles; uncles, Lloyd Session, Jr., and Roosevelt Session.
He leaves to cherish his many memories: parents, Hezekiah (LaToya) Myles, Katrina Myles; grandparents, Cora Session, Mildred Session; children, Edward Myles, Jr., Zamaree Dixon, Myonne Dixon, Lazaree Dixon; siblings, Hezekiah Myles, Sr., Jeremy Myles, Te’Ontray Myles, Hezekiah “Munchie” Myles, Kenyatta Myles, Cherish Myles; special friend, Clara Melton; close friends, Jay Moore, Tauk Brinson, Anthony Brinson, Julinse Mack; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and sorrowing friends.
The Myles Family will receive extended family and friends from 6:30p.m. – 7:30p.m. Friday, August 14, 2020 at Passionate First-Born Church, Elder James Matthews, Pastor and eulogist. The Homegoing Celebration will be 3:00p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Passionate First-Born Church. The burial will be in Oak Hill – East Cemetery, Palatka, FL.
