George Anthony Daniels, 72, of Palatka, FL was born on February 4, 1954, in East Palatka, FL to George Daniels and Juanita Hamilton. George was a dedicated and hardworking man who spent more than 20 years as a commercial truck driver. Throughout his career, he traveled countless miles, earning the respect of those who knew him for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to providing for his family.
Outside of his profession, George found his greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life. He cherished spending quality time with his family and friends, creating lasting memories through laughter, fellowship, and love. An avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed fishing and found peace while spending time along the river. Whether casting a line, sharing stories with loved ones, or simply taking in the beauty of nature, George embraced every opportunity to enjoy life's quiet moments.
George will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for those closest to him. His life touched many, and his memory will continue to live in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In addition to his father, George was proceeded in eternal rest by his stepfather, John C. Hamilton; brother, Raynard Green; sister, Carolyn Crowley.
He leaves to cherish his many memories: mother, Juanita Hamilton (Robert) Greene; son, Juwan Davis; daughter, Myrtis Curry, and Toca Daniels; brothers, Steven Hamilton and Nathaniel (Rose) Daniels; sisters, Stacey Hamilton and Wanda Jelks; significant other, Marietta Mobley; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended friends.

George Daniel’s Family will receive extended family and friends on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m. at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church (100 5th St. East Palatka, FL). The Homegoing Celebration will be 11:00a.m. Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church.
