Glenda Burnham was born on August 7, 1961, to Robert C. Allen and Roberta Carn Peppers Allen in Manhattan, New York City. She worked as a home health aide and was a devoted member of Tree of Life EPC under the leadership of Pastor Dorothy Moody.
Glenda was a sweet and loving person who was always willing to help anyone she could. She enjoyed shopping and loved wearing many colors—her vibrant personality shined through everything she did. She was deeply loved by her family and friends.
Glenda was preceded in eternal rest by her parents, Robert C. Allen, and Roberta Carn Peppers Allen
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Freddie Cooper Jr., and three grandchildren. She is also survived by her four sisters: Geneva Thomas; Juanita Young; Hazel Floyd (Willie B. Floyd); and Annette Drains (Stanley B. Drains); along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Passionate First Born Church, 1708 Madison St, Palatka, Florida
Interment will be held in Oak Hill West Cemetery
