Henry Lonzo Reddick was born on May 22, 1953, in St. Augustine, Florida t the late T. J. and Lonnie Mae Reddick. Henry attended local schools in St. Johns County and graduated from St. Augustine High School in 1971. He was employed by the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind until he relocated to Daytona Beach in January of 1979. His love for cooking landed him a job at the Millard Conklin Center where he held the position of Dietary Manager for 41 years. Henry was dually employed at the Daytona Beach Beville Road Walmart for 18 years until his demise.
He was preceded in eternal rest by both his parents, T. J. and Lonnie Mae Reddick, six children, one grandson, Shakyri Willis, a sister, Clara Mae Bailey, a brother, T. J. Reddick Jr., mother-in-law, Mary Calloway, three brothers-in-law, Kenny Calloway, Anthony Calloway, and Morris Calloway.
He is survived by a loving and devoted wife of 37 years, Angelia Reddick whom he cherished dearly, 4 daughters, Altonya Thomas (Adrian), Jacksonville; Angelia, Erica, Daytona Beach; and Mary Little (Fredrick), Ormond Beach; one sister, Cassandra Bartley (Johnny), Jacksonville; 5 sisters-in-law, Lydia White (Gregory), St. Augustine; Selma Calloway, Daytona Beach; Gail Johnson, Daytona Beach; Shelia Adams, Jacksonville; and Priscilla Evans (David), St. Augustine; 16 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, one godchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
The Reddick family will receive friends and the community 5-6 p.m., Tuesday, December 19, at Herbert Thompson Funeral Home, 901 Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Blvd. A Celebration of life will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, December 20, at Calvary Christian Center, 1687 W. Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach. Interment will be held in Greenwood Cemetery.

You're gonna be missed like crazy papa with your funny jokes, your cooking (boy you used to throw down), cracking on the kids , your presence and you flipping your eye lids lol crazy man. Papa, I can't believe you're gone, but I'll remember you're in a better place now and you're no longer suffering. I'll always remember our funny and fun moments like no other I can never forget the time when you first let me drive you was not going for it at all u had a response for every time I turned a corner 😂😂.I'm so glad you became a part of our family old man.
