Hollie Sue Royal was born on December 1, 1947, to Edward Mack and Endora Davis in Boykins, Virginia. She was a resident of Palatka, formerly residing in Hastings. She was a former Store Clerk at Walmart. Hollie Sue retired after working overnight maintenance. She enjoyed fishing, dancing, cooking, and spending time with family.
In addition to her parents, Hollie Sue was preceded in eternal rest by her husband, Nathaniel Royal, sisters, Ellen Mack, Rachael White, brother, Elijah White, Edward Mack Jr., grandson, Ja’Quan Walker
She leaves to cherish her memories: daughters, Lillian Royal, Peggy Royal, Sandra Royal, Paulette Royal, sons, Nathaniel Royal, Jeffery Royal (Sandra), Rodney Dallas, sisters, Helen White, Catherine Jackson (Clifford), brothers, Joseph White, Johnny Mack, Walter White, significant other, Lawrence Dixon, 33 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
The Royal family will receive friends and the community 5-7 p.m., Friday, August 25, at the Felix Coleman Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, August 26, at The Lord's Temple Church, Pastor Christopher T. Coleman is the Eulogist. Interment will be held in Pattersonville Cemetery.
