My sincerest condolences to the Williams family. Mr.Williams was one of the neighborhood fathers. He imparted a sense of self just in the way he would talk to you. He made you feel loved & worthy of love, just through his presence. He was a fashionable GQ type & always had a cool hat or brim on. You will be missed but never forgotten.
