Radford Collinwood Lettsome, 80, of St. Augustine, Florida, was born on September 30, 1944, in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, to Radford R. Lettsome and Linda Thomas.
After earning his high school diploma, Radford pursued a culinary career, beginning as a chef at The Hilton Hotel in St. Thomas. His dedication and passion for the culinary arts led him to serve as a chef at Southsea Restaurant and later the Holiday Inn.
Radford eventually made St. Augustine his home, where he continued his culinary journey at the Columbia Restaurant, dedicating over a decade of service.
He later married the love of his life, Lillie McGlocking. A man of faith and compassion, Radford served as a Deacon at New Faith of God Center Inc./Jesus Is a Way Maker Ministry. He also held the role of president for the organization "Save the Youth of America," reflecting his commitment to uplifting the next generation.
Radford found joy in fishing and spent much of his time in prayer and spiritual reflection.
On April 5, 2025, Radford Collinwood Lettsome peacefully entered eternal rest.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in eternal rest by his siblings, Ronald Lettsome, Riel Lettsome, Albertha Frett, Adina Drew, and Raymond Lettsome.
He leave to cherish his many memories: his faithful and devoted wife of 27 years, Evangelist Lillie McGlocking-Lettsome; stepmother, Leah Lettsome; children, Lennox (Eartha) Lettsome, Faye Lettsome, Omarion Lettsome; stepchildren, Victoria Anderson, Richard Anderson, Tarnisha Slater Anderson, Debbie Anderson, Lula (Ammon) Harris, Sharese (Xavier) Smith, Jasmine Benton and Jacquez Anderson; siblings, Ophema (Recoldo) Turnbull, Rita Lettsome, Gloria (William) Williams, Ruth (Dorn Abednego) Lettsome, Adina (Sylvester) Drew, Rupert Lettsome, Ruben (Majorie) Lettsome, Rudel (Martha) Lettsome, Richard Thomas, Alexander Thomas, Clifton (Judy) Thomas, and Robert Lettsome; 28 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
The Lettsome Family will receive extended family and friends on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 5:00p.m.-6:00p.m. at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church in St. Augustine, FL. The Homegoing Celebration will be 2:00p.m. Saturday, April 26, 2025 at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church in St. Augustine, FL. The burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Augustine, FL.

Mr Bob worked with our family at The South Seas Restaurant in St Augustine. He was always so happy and cheerful but always kept us working.
