Robin Lynette Sherman was born on December 10, 1975, in St. Augustine, Florida. She was the beloved daughter of Robert Sherman and the late Emma Wilson. At a young age, she and her mother relocated to Trenton, New Jersey. There is where she embarked on her education journey graduating in Trenton, New Jersey. After graduation, she became a care giver for her mother who was ill. Robin continued faithfully until her mother’s demise. During this time, Robin was expecting her one and only daughter. Unfortunately her mother was unable to see her granddaughter. Robin took on motherhood with a zeal becoming a loving, dedicated, and caring mother. Robin and her daughter are so closely bonded, they became an inseparable team. Her daughter vows she was given the best mother God could give. Her father would say, she was a loving and caring daughter. He could expect to get a daily call to check on him. She would give him special calls or visits on special days, often times bearing gifts. As a family all can agree that Robin was a generous and caring person who would give you the shirt off her back. She may not have been able to visit often, but you could expect a call to let you know she was thinking about you, or just to share information she felt you should know. Robin was diagnosed with kidney failure at a young age and was put on dialysis. At the start of this, there was a change in life which she took on the challenge with a great attitude and continued to manage with stride. As time passed the challenge would be great. Her daughter was there to give her the care and support she needed. She was a very present help doing her best and leaving the rest to God.
In addition to her mother, Robin was preceded in eternal rest by her grandmothers, Loreen Sherman, Mabel Wilson, aunts, Sarah Whitfield, Rachel Hatten, Virginia Teasley, Mabel Russ, Tommie J.
